The first Multi-level entertainment and specialty centre that became a model for many other similar projects around the world. Consisting of a 16 screen cinema, restaurants, speciality stores and structured parking. Responsible for retail planning, conceptual design and architecture.

Mixed-use urban project with office, two levels of retail, hockey hall of fame and approximately 80,000ft² of retail. 2,600,000ft² of office space The towers are linked by the six-storey Alien lambert Galleria which was designed by Santiago Calatrava, Design International was responsible for the design and development of the retail components

The Bay Centre (formerly the Victoria Eaton Centre) was the first large shopping mall in downtown Victoria.

Renovation of existing mall which includes anchors, J.C. Penney, Sears, McCrae’s, food court, centre court marketplace with animated water feature. Responsible for planning, design, graphics and signage.

Total renovation and expansion and remerchandising programme for the existing 1.4 million ft². mall to include a programmable ice-rink facility, children’s entertainment, Border’s Books, new food court. Responsible for design concept and implementation. Awards received - 2000 ICSC International Design & Development Awards, Certificate of Merit in Renovation/ Expansion of an existing project

Concept and Design architect for a large condominum and retail complex in the city of Toronto, an entertainment centre which comprised a 10 plex cinema, IMAX, multi-media facilities and theme restaurants 240,000ft² (22,000m2) topped with a 95 feet diameter (29m) dome, with the longest unsupported escalator in North America giving access to the movie theatre from the ground floor. Above are two 34-storey residential towers with a total of 745 units between them.
