How do we integrate several functions in one destination?

The three buildings - Residential, Office and Serviced Apartment - are working together with Tunis Garden City Mall facing on one side Green Boulevard and on the other side the high street the lake. The design of each building expresses its own functionality but has a common soul, the facade treatments of the three buildings react to the context: material and solid toward the public street and, like a skin, wrapping around the North, East and South facades while the inner faces of the buildings towards the green boulevard create a dialogue with the mall for the similarity of the material and vertical expression of the treatment. The C shape of each of them offers three different courtyard experiences to the users, from private and enclosed for the residential and service apartments to permeable and public for the offices, following the function of the building itself.
