    Downtown project with four levels of high-end fashion, dining, market-place, cinemas and 200 boutiques, one of the top ten most profitable malls in the USA. The project with 2,049,169ft² , (190,375m²) GLA.

    The renovation of a historical warehouse building added four floors to the original 10 floor structure, for a total of 750,000 ft² (70,000m2) GLA. Working in collaboration with architects Zeidler Roberts, DI was responsible for planning and interior design of the two-level retail area. Awards received - Arido 1985 Design Award “Silver” for Adaptive Re-Use

    100,000ft². urban specialty center within a commercial & residential multi-use development of 5.5 acres. Responsible for design, merchandise planning, tenant mix, masterplanning, tenant co-ordination, and design development.
