Lucio graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Genoa and after his graduation moved to Hamburg where he worked as an architect for PFP Architekten, a boutique office specializing in public and private architectural competitions worldwide. During that period, he participated in several successful competitions including office buildings, schools, theatres and public spaces.
Lucio moved to London at the beginning of 2003 to join Design International and within a few months became project leader for two very successful Shopping Centres; the Campania in Naples and Le Befane in Rimini.
Lucio as Chief Architect directs the work of the different teams in the office and is responsible for the quality of the packages produced by Design International. He actively works on master planning and project start ups in close relationship with the clients. His development experience and project leadership includes master planning, mixed-use developments, office, residential, retail and leisure centres.
Lucio has recently become a partner of Design International and is enthusiastically nurturing the expertise of his design teams.
