Head of Business Development – Milan

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role in building client relationships, supporting bids and proposals, and helping us expand into new markets. You’ll be a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and ensuring our values are reflected in every conversation.

As Head of Business Development, you will take a strategic lead in shaping and driving our growth agenda. From market analysis to positioning, you’ll guide the practice’s approach to both established and emerging markets. You’ll bring vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of the architecture and design industry to champion opportunities.
